Manosphere influencer Clavicular was rushed to hospital Tuesday night after a suspected overdose played out in real time in front of hundreds of thousands of live viewers at a Miami nightclub and by Wednesday morning he had checked himself out and was planning his next night out.
The incident, captured across multiple angles and shared widely on social media, is the most alarming moment yet in a year that has already included a battery arrest and a wildlife investigation.

What happened on stream
Peters was live streaming from a Miami hot spot Tuesday night when the situation began to deteriorate. Footage from before he entered the venue showed him taking a swig from a small bottle outside the club. He told the camera he was going to be "done for" and called whatever he had taken "giga", slang in his community for a large dose.
Inside the club, with cameras still rolling, Peters found somewhere to sit and began repeating "Oh my God" while rubbing his eyes. Fellow influencer Androgenic, seated beside him, asked how he was feeling and repeatedly offered him an "addy", street shorthand for Adderall, as Peters began to mumble, sway and lose motor control. The camera panned away shortly after.
Bystander footage circulating online shows Peters being carried out of the nightclub by those around him.
TMZ reported audio from a Miami-Dade EMS 911 call logging a "20-year-old male overdose" at approximately 5:46 PM local time. Sources familiar with the situation told TMZ that Peters had been hospitalised for a suspected overdose.
Out of hospital by morning
Peters posted to X early Wednesday with a selfie showing dried blood on his face.
"Just got home, that was brutal. All of the substances are just a cope trying to feel neurotypical while being in public, but obviously that isn't a real solution. The worst part of tonight was my face descending from the life support mask."
He later live streamed on Kick from home, played online slots and told viewers it "could have been worse" and he would not "do that s--- anymore." He also described his conversation with treating doctors:
"They asked what I planned to do after I was discharged. I was like, 'Dude, I got the club grand opening.' They told me to get rest and not go. I was like, dude, gotta be on the grind."
According to his Kick stream, Peters attended the Bacara Club streaming launch party in Miami that same Wednesday night.
Who is Clavicular
Peters, 20, rose to prominence as the most visible figure of the looksmaxxing movement, a subculture built around taking extreme measures to optimise physical appearance. He has spoken publicly and at length about using steroids, peptides, testosterone, methamphetamine and Adderall and has claimed to chisel his facial structure by striking his own bones with a hammer.
He has also said he has autism and described substance use as a way of managing social situations.
Androgenic, the influencer filmed beside Peters offering him Adderall as he lost motor control, was reportedly escorted away from the hospital where Peters was being treated Tuesday night. Androgenic had not responded to requests for comment at the time of publication. He has previously posted on X referencing his own drug use in explicit terms.
The platform question
What makes this incident land differently from other influencer controversies is the format. This did not happen in a private setting that later leaked. It happened live, with a broadcast audience watching in real time as someone visibly lost consciousness.
The stream was live before the 911 call was made. Viewers were raising alarms in chat before emergency services were contacted. That sequence raises direct questions for the platforms carrying this content about where their responsibilities begin and end.
Peters has not been charged with any offence in connection with Tuesday's incident. At the time of publication, no additional public response had been issued.
